A. | You may start to use the new address above, starting from 06 Sep 2017. |
Q. | Where can I find out about the new address? |
A. | The new Store2Ship warehouse address will be listed in your account, under ‘Your US Addresses’ tab, with effect from 06 Sep 2017. |
Q. | Can I still ship packages to the old address? |
A. | You may continue to shop at the merchants’ websites using the old address, however, do note that your packages will need to reach our old warehouse address on or before 06 Oct 2017. |
Q. | What will happen to my packages if I continue to ship to the old address after 06 Oct 2017? |
A. | Packages that arrived at the old warehouse from 06 Oct 2017 onwards, will be ‘returned to sender’. You would need to inform your merchant(s) of the new Store2Ship address to arrange for redelivery. Store2Ship is not liable for any costs that might arise because of this. |
