Consolidation

Q. Does consolidation mean that you combine all my items into one package?
A.

No. Consolidating simply means that you ship all your packages at your U.S. Address back to your home at the same time.
Shipping multiple packages at the same time together counts as one shipment.

Repack

Q. Why isn't the repack option offered to me for my package?
A.

The repack option is not offered when

  • the volumetric weight of a package is 2lbs less than the actual weight and
  • the package is deemed unsuitable for repack.
(Eg, fragile items with protective material used in their original packing such as laptops and audio speakers may not be suitable for repacking)
