Q. Are there any addresses/postal codes that your courier is unable to deliver to?
A.

Our logistics partners deliver worldwide.


Q. When should I start using the new address for my packages?
A.

You may start to use the new address above, starting from 06 Sep 2017.


Q. Where can I find out about the new address?
A.

The new Store2Ship warehouse address will be listed in your account, under ‘Your US Addresses’ tab, with effect from 06 Sep 2017.


Q. Can I still ship packages to the old address?
A.

You may continue to shop at the merchants’ websites using the old address, however, do note that your packages will need to reach our old warehouse address on or before 06 Oct 2017.


Q. What will happen to my packages if I continue to ship to the old address after 06 Oct 2017?
A.

Packages that arrived at the old warehouse from 06 Oct 2017 onwards, will be ‘returned to sender’. You would need to inform your merchant(s) of the new Store2Ship address to arrange for redelivery. Store2Ship is not liable for any costs that might arise because of this.

Tracking my shipment

Q. What happens to my packages if I’m not home to receive my delivery?
A.

A delivery notice will be left at your door with your courier’s direct contact number. Call them directly to schedule a re-delivery.


Q. Can I cancel or change the details of my shipment?
A.

You are unable to cancel or change the details of your shipment after making payment as our system is designed to generate and process shipments efficiently and in a timely manner. As such, please ensure you have made the correct selections before making payment.


International Returns

Q. Will I be subject to U.S. Duties & Taxes when I return my items to the U.S?
A.

If you can prove with valid documentation that your items are in fact returns, there should be no U.S. Duties and Taxes levied.
